The Kennel Website Company is in a trial phase: we are currently testing demand, and the company is being registered in the State of New York, USA. Until then you can reach us at sufyan@honestdog.de; the postal address, registration details will be added here as soon as they are final.

The Kennel Website Company, reachable at sufyan@honestdog.de, is responsible for processing your personal data. For customers in Switzerland the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies, alongside the GDPR where applicable.

We process your existing website address, email address and rebuilt preview to provide the service you request. Technical logs, including IP address, time and page requested, support hosting and security. If you request a take-over, we store your name, billing address, tax number where given, email address and note for the contract and invoice. Invoices are retained for the periods required by law.

Information sent through a preview site's forms is passed to its owner. The Kennel Website Company emails the owner a notification, an answer-based fit score and a link to the back office, and sends the applicant a confirmation. After take-over, the site owner controls this data and we process it on their behalf. Voluntary waiting-list sign-ups are used to contact the person as requested; consent can be withdrawn by email.

Data is stored with Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany. Google Gemini (paid tier, no training use) receives only the public page text of your old website for extraction. Amazon CloudFront delivers pages, forms and images through its global network; Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) sends email. A preview is publicly accessible until it expires after 7 days. Its personal data is deleted after 14 days unless you request a take-over. We send confirmations and receive internal email notifications about preview and take-over requests, including the details you provide for them.

The animal_session cookie signs you in; site_market remembers your selected country and language for a year. We set no advertising or analytics cookies and load no trackers.

Recipients and access may be outside Switzerland, in particular in Germany and the USA. For transfers to the USA we rely on the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, otherwise on standard data protection clauses adapted for Switzerland. Our own access from the USA is safeguarded likewise. Request a copy at sufyan@honestdog.de.
